We are a small agency with top notch specialists trained and skilled in the highest levels of travel and vendor knowledge and superb customer services.    As a Disney Destinations Gold Level Earmark agency, our emphasis is on Disney travel and we strive to provide the best vacation experiences for our friends and family.

 Agency Accounts

The agency ARC/CLIA Number 10514361 is the most important number to remember as it is used for all transactions with our contracted vendors.  This number identifies our agency and ensures the bookings are properly credited.

​

Selling travel with specific vendors is your individual choice and decision.  Most of us will focus on Disney, however AMA has access to other vendors as well for your guest needs.  Below are the top vendors and accounts used by AMA.  While Disney Travel is the only vendor that requires completion of their training before selling their vacation packages, you may choose to register and train with other vendors as well.  Follow the links below to sign up or reactivate your account.

Joining Amazing Magical Adventures provides you with access to our agency accounts and vendor access listed below.  Your individual login and passwords are provided below as applicable.

VacationCRM – www.vacationcrm.com is our commissions and booking tracker.  Upon completion of registration, you will have access to begin submitting your reservations. Please review your contract for policies and submission deadlines to ensure your reservations and commissions are secure.

General Information

 

Amazing Magical Adventures is the place where you can enjoy the benefits of Earmark status, vendor access and team support to build  your business and grow your individual knowledge.  While we are here to help we may not always have the answers or available resources at our fingertips.  The best way to ensure you have the tools you need is to research what works and doesn’t work for your specific guests and business niche.  If you require a vendor that is not on the list or a specific division of Disney Travel, let me know and we will work together to add to our list.  As experienced professionals we know what we want and what works.  That being said don’t be afraid to try new ideas, programs and vendors.  

 

AMA does not have a minimum sales quota or list or compare each agent’s sales, but rather we work as a team.  If you are having difficulty with marketing or sales, need help with a location you are not familiar with, have a personal situation, or just want to bounce ideas off someone, this is where we come in.  We won’t micromanage or force you to use our programs.  All program and vendors are tools you can choose to use.  Toll free Grasshopper number, communications pages, sample forms, websites or help tickets are tools of convenience that we have found work for myself and other agents.  With the exception of the required vendor policies  or legal areas the agency must adhere to, you as an independent agent are free to use or choose not to use AMA tools.

 

Our CLIA booking number, CRM commission tracking system and Disney Travel Agent site are the only areas that are part of our AMA agency policy and may have specifics to follow in order to ensure Earmark perks are available to enjoy and commissions are properly assigned.
